S2S Policies
 
At S2S we truly appreciate your business.  In order for Sisterlocks to be uniform in appearance and remain strong and healthy, we must form a partnership.  This partnership means agreeing to be consistent with maintenance, following post appointment instructions and using recommended Sisterlocks products as applicable.  To provide you with the very best quality of service, the following policies have been implemented:
 
1.   All services are by appointment only.
 
2.   Payment for services must be rendered in the form of cash at the commencement of your  
      appointment.
 
3.   Cancellations are required 24 hours in advance of the appointment.  Clients more than 15  
      minutes late without prior notification may be subject to rescheduling.  Clients not providing
      any notice (no call no show) may be refused future services from S2S.
 
4.   Always come to scheduled appointments with clean hair (no product).
 
5.   There is a $100.00 non-refundable cash deposit required for all Sisterlocks Installation
      Appointments.  This amount will be deducted from the total cost of your Sisterlocks
      Package.
 
6.   If you are sick, please reschedule your appointment for a time when you are feeling better.
